kneeling in prayer to my prey
her chitinous
   ... movement ...
a soft salamander
   rainbow in reflected
grey silver solution

a reflexive gasp
at mandible pleasure
token
thrust of wheezing chest
   plate visions
and lizards
celebrate murder

breaking carapace
  in echoing strokes
the laughter sounds
made
by vented pressure
