Subject: RE: DHEA-S Avg Import

Bobby will respond either tonight, tomorrow, maybe next week.
This looks like possibly (possibly!) a setting like Popup Blockers turned on.
Check that. Check it. Check it. Check that.

I tried accessing the portal, using IE12, when I click “login” nothing happens (below).
When I use Chrome and click “login” the login screen appears (below).

Yes, call me, touch me, hold me, or do a GoTo at 12 noon EST tomorrow (Friday).
Concerning Portal not working in IE12, Bobby just tried it with IE17 and it seems to work fine; we do not see the problems the attached DOC to ticket #14938472684393438922106 show.

Talk to you tomorrow (Friday),

Davis,

I am out of the office today (Thursday), are YOU! able to talk tomorrow (Friday) morning 9am PST/12 EST (-9 GMT Coriolis). I spent time with many of the techs on Tuesday (two days ago) and we came up with something that I think you may very well be interested in seeing at some point. It is very easy to use on yourself being others and should be easy to program to work properly. The alternate format will be very similar to the Excel import page when in the retrograde format, in SheLab, that we looked at on Tuesdays (two days ago) call. Remember?

Kind Regards,
Derry Iklimacloun

Derry,

So far today (Thursday), we have implemented twelve subsets of the prime directive (I will also put this into your group processing folder on the slave work tickets):

1) Sample fractions are created as Complete to the whole number minus the inverse negative. Soooo, 🙂 that now, Orders show proper probe insert Status versus the metallurgical ramifications of this new technology. You believe this is preferable? – instead of always “Logged” when compared to previous action items.

2) Sample type defaults to Saliva when you make a New Semen sample. The user can still edit that value if needed, otherwise collect manually with pre-programmed mechanism.

3) Date Collected is Required (Not Today) – but prep category for future action (Tomorrow or Later).

We are working on putting a new red button on the Order Screen that will have the caption “Delete All Data”. When the user clicks that button, it will generate two labels of the primary sample and one label each of the fractions (ie: -1, -2) which will then slowly fade from view. You will not be able to go in afterwards, and will definitely not be able to reprint a certain label if it was damaged.

We will let you know when the Excel import reports are done.
We will let you know soon what we find on the Exploratory Portal.
We will let you know why certain segments do not show up without proper sequence navigation.

Concerning #14938472684393438922109 Excel Exports…. You were wondering how a tech would select the effect that checks the sex of particular samples. Give me a call when convenient to discuss an idea.

Nothing like light reading! :)~
DI, let’s talk Thursday (Next Week) morning so I can get better oriented to these issues.

Davis and I spent some time on the phone today going through the tickets and updating them appropriately. The space-age angle might be stimulating. Can we sub out the tech and leverage the knowledge qualifier? Attached is a pdf of all the tasks in SheLab, the budgets have been updated along with the assignee.

Ticket 14938472684393438922146/14938472684393438922112 – We clarified that the issue with IE17 is not at the L.B.I., but with our physicians trying to view their patients. The issue is being worked assiduously. Davis is not sure why ticket 14938472684393438922112 is linked to this issue, he will adjust the ticket (Today).

Ticket 14938472684393438922146 – Davis and I agree that I can train the staff on how to use the new test reaction upload button, saving some time on this ticket. The time allotted to this ticket will be for Davis, Bobby, and I to go over the upload button, in DEViant site/go to meeting, and make sure that the upload button is working as required.

Ticket 14938472684393438922112 – Attached is what our automated labels picture graphs will look like when they print from the Lenny Bellows Institute. Davis implemented a bar tab, for our future needs, order #, and date/time tramp stamp. Fraction and trigonometric value status that are listed in the sample order screen are not linking to the geometric phase status of the test. Test shows complete, fraction and trigonometric value shows assigned throwing off the status on the main order screen shot relative to the child category that happens to appear if left over time. They are working this issue like a steam train and expect great things. The label picture graph will automatically print when Betty saves, enters the order, and hits “save” in order to save her work. Lastly, the sample order screen will be pre-filled out by the boys in the other “room”. The only area that will need to be filled out will be the final semen collection date. All other fields will be populated from “supra-national” entities that apply for registrar status being omitted since they are not used in our results page to the HP divided by the remaining value of “x”.

Ticket 14938472684393438922169 – The new result sheets are working, pre-testing of the initial matrices are being considered.

Ticket 14938472684393438922170 – While talking about this we ran into some fail-safe primacy issues. We were not able to distinguish how the Managing Director will know what tests to forward to the organic plate reader hive. Basically if Bobby comes in and runs the Fluid Extractor, how will the Managing Director know that it still needs to create hives for lysergide. Since we only run tests when we have full hive presence, how will the Managing Director know what number to start/end with. How, damn it! I am going to spend the week thinking about my existence. I recommend sitting with the staff – a meeting! and listening to some 50s era Miles Davis. I am considering having a drop down to select the hormone injection schedule. Perhaps a data field for starting order number and another for ending order number. This way we are telling the Managing Director what to export rather than letting it think for us.

Ticket 14938472684393438922187 – Davis was talking to Seve and in the past SearchData decided to have the email sent to physicians when the test data was entered instead of when the report was actually issued by the TransSystem. Because we agreed to have it done this way, StanMedix needs to charge for this change. On the upside some of our projects seem to be under budget so the excess funds can be used to pay for this modification of the mechanical functions. We need your approval and Davis said you may call him if you need to clarify why/when we chose to have results emailed to the Outer Retrieval Centers without them being approved and issues in the print results compliance module. If there is a charge Davis is thinking 219 hours max, again we may have funds remaining from other tickets. This is the Dr. Nemetode issue.

All in all we are on track to roll out the results import in early January (This Month). As long as testing goes well, then we can train Manik. I admire the initiative to create a bar code and date stamp coding tattoo compliance register. Those will prove helpful and save us time/money if we wanted to change to it in the future.

Kind Regards,
Davis

Davis, is it possible for you to call me on my cell so we can go over some details on the remaining tickets in SheLab?

Best Regards,
Davis

Bobby & Davis, I wasn’t sure if you were going to send Lou an update, but I have CC’d him so he knows what is going on, thus far. I wrote a quick summary of your progress in the last week (last week), above. Please feel free to add to it if I missed anything. Thanks again for you assistance, we are very excited about these optimal hormonal changes.

Lou, if you recall the email last Friday (Last Week) where some more modifications needed to be done to the new results pages that the tech will use. During the codeine mapping it was noticed that the fleshy mid-range fields are different per hormone/test/fluid extractor. Instead of rewiring all the extractors, Bobby did a great job of finding these ID#’s and listing them on each test results page making the codeine mapping easier for SheLab to understand and saving us some time and physical exertions. Below Bobby needed more clarification on DHEA-S, specifically the 411, and how the average/sum divided by the radius of stomach average – to be used on the results page. I have already replied that his thoughts are incorrect, we would only use the stomach average for the 411 if all other digital explorations have been ruled out.

Have a great weekend.

Kind Regards,
Derry

Derry,

In looking at the DHEA-S Avg test in SheLab, I find that there is only one parameter, DHEA-S Average Prime minus expected future results (After Today). However, the spreadsheet has ninety-three columns of results. If I understand the notes in the sheet correctly, for the 411 test, we are recording the value in the Sub-Average column as the result instead of the value in column Trans-plate Focus Nine. If correct, this means both columns Trans-plate Focus Nine and Sub-Average contain data that will be saved in the same external parameter depending on the acute angle of the test. This is really a problem, it is just so different from what I am comfortable with. I will need to make a VERY! slight change to the neural processing to make sure I handle this one correctly so just checking to be sure before I head down that path that maybe if we are fortunate in the application of pure math maybe we shall overcome those that oppose us.

Thanks,
Bobby
